My Time at Merkle Hong Kong

After nearly six incredible years with Merkle Hong Kong, I’ve officially transitioned from my role as Managing Director to explore new opportunities that align with my passion for shaping organizational strategy and driving digital growth initiatives. This next chapter offers me the chance to build on my regional leadership experience and expertise in customer experience management (CXM) while continuing my professional development through mentoring, coaching, and collaboration.

A Journey of Growth and Innovation

Looking back, my tenure at Merkle has been a deeply rewarding experience. Joining the company gave me the opportunity to help scale customer experience capabilities in Hong Kong, working alongside talented global teams to deliver impactful outcomes for our clients.

In 2022, I was honored to be promoted to Managing Director, where I took on the responsibility of driving strategic growth for Merkle’s CXM business in the region. This role challenged me to align creative, media, and CXM services into an integrated offering while positioning Merkle as a key player in the competitive APAC market.

Some of the highlights of my time at Merkle include:

Looking Ahead

As I reflect on my time at Merkle, I’m deeply grateful for the learning experiences, challenges, and friendships I gained along the way. The nearly six years I spent with Merkle and Dentsu were a privilege, allowing me to witness the explosive evolution of digital technology and marketing firsthand.

In my next role, I’m eager to help progressive businesses authentically connect with their customers and create reciprocal value in an increasingly dynamic digital landscape. I’m particularly excited about opportunities that allow me to stay at the forefront of digital experiences, while also investing in leadership development through mentoring and coaching.

A Smooth Transition at Merkle Hong Kong

As Merkle Hong Kong moves forward, the company’s routine operations will be managed by the CEOs of Dentsu’s Greater Bay Area and Hong Kong, with delivery support from India. I have full confidence in the leadership team to continue driving Merkle’s success in the region.

The decision to move on wasn’t an easy one, but I’m excited about the journey ahead. My time at Merkle has been an invaluable chapter in my career, and I’ll always be grateful for the experiences and relationships I’ve built during this time.
